CONSUMER DISCLOSURE: You have not yet won. The 1968 Chevrolet Nova Giveaway (the "Giveaway") begins on August 7, 2026 and ends on December 3, 2026. One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of one custom 1968 Chevrolet Nova (approximate retail value: [APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE]). Sponsor: [SPONSOR LEGAL NAME], [SPONSOR ADDRESS].
1. Eligibility. The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of [ELIGIBLE COUNTRIES / STATES] who are at least eighteen (18) years old, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, its advertising and promotion agencies and the independent organization selecting the winner, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings) and household members of each, are not eligible. By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.

6. Winner Selection. 10. Release. By entering, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, prize suppliers and advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their officers, directors, employees and agents (the "Released Parties"), from any and all claims, damages or liability arising out of or relating to participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, use or misuse of any prize.
11. Publicity. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's consent to Sponsor's use of the winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, city and state for advertising and promotional purposes in any media, without further compensation.
12. General Conditions. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway. In that case, Sponsor may award the prize in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the time of the action. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules does not waive that term.
13. Limitations of Liability. The Released Parties are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information, technical or human errors, network or computer malfunctions, or lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries. If, for any reason, more prizes are claimed than are stated in these Official Rules, Sponsor will award only the stated number of prizes by random drawing among all eligible claims.
14. Disputes and Governing Law. These Official Rules are governed by the laws of [STATE / JURISDICTION].
